How to operate the site?
Registration
You need a membership on this site to use the services. To register go to register menu. Try to fill the form completely. The more information you provide the more response you will get. While registering you have option for show/hide your contact details. Please mark (√) this option if you are ready to provide your contact details to any member, leave that blank if you need to hide your contact details from members. [In this case you can allow members to view your contact details after getting request from them. (See Message section)
Partner Preferences
On the second page, you need to enter your partner preferences. This data will need to find an exact match. Also when you search for profile, you can check their partner preferences and check whether you are suitable or not.
After successful registration you can login to the web site by using the username and password that you given at the time of registration. Your details will be verified by the administrator, and only after approval you can login to the web site. The approval details will be sent to your email address. If you don’t have an email address, you need to try to login frequently. The approval process will take a maximum of 24hrs. If your profile is not accepted within that time please contact administrator.
Search/Browse Profiles
After login you can view profiles of members by selecting search profile menu from left or browse menu from top. This will display a number of profiles with photo [If there is a photo] and minimum information. You can click on the photo to view the details of that member. If the member allowed displaying contact information, you can view full details. Otherwise the all information other than contact details will be displayed. You can search the profiles using the search option. The advanced search option will provide you to make an exact match.
Getting contact details of a member which is hidden
If you need to get the contact details of a member, who are hiding their details, you need to get the approval from that person. For that you need to click on the Express interest button located on the bottom of the profile. This will send a message to that member and if he/she accepts your interest you can view the contact details of that member. Similarly your contact details will reveal to that member also, even if you are hiding your contact details.
Messages
After login you can view the messages from the left side menu [messages option]. There is an inbox and outbox section. You can view the messages from other members in your inbox [Expressed interests, approval/rejection of your interest]. And in the outbox the messages you sent to other users will be displayed [The interests expressed, approval/rejection of other member’s interests]. By clicking on the profile number displayed with each message you can view the full profile.
How to add photo later?
The web site allows you to upload maximum of 3 photographs. Please try to upload a photo with small size. The web site allows you to upload only .jpg and .gif file only. Select “Your album” option from left side menu after login. Click on browse to select your photo from your computer and click on “Upload” button.
How can I hide or display my photo later?
In the “Your album” page, you can mark (√) the “Display my photos to all” option to display your photo to all.
How can I correct my profile if I made any mistakes?
After login, you can view your profile [The details entered by you] by clicking on the “Profile” link from left side menu. Click on “click here to change details” button to make any corrections on profile and partner preference.
If I forget my password what can I do?
Click on the link from the home page forgot password or select the link from login page. To get your password, you should know the username, security question and answer of your security question. By entering these details, the password will send to you by email. Why I need an email address?
All the correspondence is done via email. If you don’t have an email address, you need to contact administrator for each and every process/doubts. It may cause delay and you will not get the full features of the service from us. Similarly almost all services provided on the web [Other than believersmatrimonial] need email address. You can create free email address from mail.yahoo.com, hotmail.com, rediffmail.com etc.
How my data is secured?
When a user is registered your details are stored in our database until your registration period is expired. This is shown to only members to the site. If you are not to show your details to all members, you can display to only persons you permitted to view.
